Former Indian cricketer Yograj Singh is making headlines these days for all the wrong reasons. The 66-year-old, who played six ODIs and one Test match for India in 1980-81, made several derogatory remarks against legendary India captain Kapil Dev and women during his recent interview on a YouTube channel. In the past as well, Yograj has said bad words about MS Dhoni, who is one of the greatest cricketers of all time.

‘Dhoni ruined my son’s life’
“I won’t forgive MS Dhoni. He should look at himself in the mirror. He is a very prominent cricketer; I salute him. But what he did to my son is unforgivable. Everything is coming to light now, and it can never be forgiven. That man has ruined my son’s life, who could have played for four to five more years.”
‘Wanted to kill Kapil Dev’
“When Kapil Dev became captain of India, North Zone, and Haryana, he dropped me for no reason. I told my wife that I would teach this bloody man a lesson. I took my pistol out and went to Kapil’s house in Sector 9. I abused him a dozen times. I told him because of you I have lost a friend, and what you have done, you will pay for it. I told him, ‘I want to put a bullet through your head, but I am not doing it because you have a very pious mother, who is standing here.’
Mocks Hindi language
