The Aussie PM had shared a couple of images with the caption, “Big challenge ahead for the PM’s XI at Manuka Oval this week against an amazing Indian side. But as I said to PM @narendramodi, I’m backing the Aussies to get the job done.”
India hold a 1-0 lead in the BGT following their 295-run win in the opening Test of the series at Perth earlier in the week and will look to add to their advantage during the second Test of the tour set to be played at the Adelaide staring on the 6th of December.
India will go up against the Prime Minister’s XI at the Manuka Oval in Canberra on Saturday ahead of the second game of the Test series.
India will proceed to play the Aussies at The Gabba, The Melbourne Cricket Ground and the Sydney Cricket Ground in the subsequent Tests in the five-match series.
