Ruturaj Gaikwad Birthday Special: From being a rising talent to leading the Chennai Super Kings, Ruturaj Gaikwad’s career has certainly been a miraculous one. Gaikwad has represented India so far in six ODIs and 23 T20I matches. Gaikwad made his international debut in a T20I match against Sri Lanka in July 2021. He played in the ODIs for the first time against South Africa in October 2022.

- 108 not vs LSG, 2024: Ruturaj Gaikwad achieved his IPL score of 108 not out in 2024. He scored 108 (not out) off 60 balls against Lucknow Super Giants. Gaikwad’s sublime knock comprised 12 boundaries and three sixes. His brilliance, however, went in vain as Chennai Super Kings lost that game by six wickets.
- 101 not out vs RR, 2021: Ruturaj Gaikwad scored his second century of the IPL in 2021. Gaikwad produced an incredible knock of 101 not out off 60 balls against Rajasthan Royals in the IPL 2021. He had hit nine boundaries and five maximums in that game. Despite Gaikwad’s brilliance, Chennai Super Kings conceded a defeat in that contest by seven wickets.
- 99 vs SRH, 2022: In IPL 2022, Ruturaj Gaikwad missed out on a ton by a single run against Sunrisers Hyderabad. He had scored 99 runs off 57 balls in that fixture. Chennai Super Kings had won that match by 13 runs.
- 92 vs GT, 2023: Ruturaj Gaikwad had exhibited his blistering batting once again in a match against Gujarat Titans in IPL 2023. Gaikwad had scored 92 runs off 50 balls in that match which Gujarat Titans had won by five wickets.
- 72 vs KKR, 2020: In IPL 2020, Ruturaj Gaikwad produced a fabulous knock of 72 of 53 balls against Kolkata Knight Riders. Thanks to Gaikwad’s power-packed batting, Chennai Super Kings successfully chased down the 173-run target and claimed a six-wicket win.
