All eight teams have confirmed their 15-member squads for the 2025 Champions Trophy, which will begin on February 19 and will be hosted by Pakistan and the UAE. Hosts Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) were the last team to announce their lineup on Friday, January 31, while England were the first to do so.
Most of the tournament will be played in Pakistan, starting with the opening clash between the Men in Green and New Zealand at the National Stadium in Karachi. India’s matches will be played in the UAE. If the Men in Blue qualify for the final, the summit clash will be shifted to the West-Asian country as well.
The squads announced so far are only preliminary. All eight teams can make final changes till February 11. Teams like South Africa and Australia will be among the teams who’ll need to use that privilege because pacer Anrich Nortje and all-rounder Mitchell Marsh, respectively, have been ruled out of the tournament.
