Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the ICC Champions Trophy announcement that is reportedly set to be revealed soon. Reports suggest that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have agreed to a hybrid model which would see all of India’s games to be held at a neutral venue.
However, the ICC is yet to make the announcement and it remains to be seen where India’s games would officially be held. Both PCB and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) have been engaging in a heated battle with regard to hosting the tournament.
The Champions Trophy is set to make its return after seven years with Pakistan being the defending champions after they beat India by 180 runs to claim the title in The Oval.
