India vs New Zealand 2nd Test LIVE: Hello and welcome to our coverage of Day 2 of the second Test between India and New Zealand taking place at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on Thursday.
Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill will begin the day as India resumes their innings at 16/1. The Indian batters will be keen to get a big partnership going so as to ensure that they are able to take a first-innings lead.
New Zealand on the other hand will look to take advantage of the conditions and possibly replicate India’s bowling exploits, particularly with the spinners. The likes of Ajaz Patel, Mitchell Santner and Glenn Phillips will be used quite a bid to take advantage of the turning conditions.
