Here’s a look at top performers and record holders in the 24 T20I matches played so far between the India and England men’s cricket teams.

India will face England in a five-match T20I series. The series opener is scheduled to take place at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on January 22, and Chennai, Rajkot, Pune, and Mumbai will host the next four matches on January 25, 28, 31, and February 2, respectively. Suryakumar Yadav will captain India in the home series, and the English team will play under the leadership of Jos Buttler.
India and England last faced each other in a T20I match on June 27 last year during the 2024 T20 World Cup semifinal at Providence Stadium in Guyana. In that match, Axar Patel’s 3 for 23 in four overs helped India dismiss England for 103 runs in 16.4 overs and win the match by 68 runs.
The Indian team will be eager to maintain its dominant run in T20Is against England as well and win the fourth series in a row under Surya’s captaincy.
