Indian cricketer Richa Ghosh will appear for her class 12 board exam (Instagram)

Richa Ghosh was not selected for India’s three-match ODI series against New Zealand as she will be appearing for her class 12 board exams.

Richa Ghosh was ‘excused’ from India’s upcoming three-match ODI series against New Zealand to appear for her class 12 board exams.

Ghosh has been playing for India since 2020, aged 16 and recently turned 21 in September.

Apart from Richa, Asha Sobhana is ‘currently nursing an injury and was unavailable for selection’ as Pooja Vastrakar has been rested for the series.
