IPL Mega Auction 2025: The Indian Premier League is set to host another mega auction which could turn the fortunes of several players. The rich may get richer but as has been the trend over the years, there’s a possibility of several names hitting the paydirt with the teams not averse to breaking the bank on unheralded players. The IPL governing council has this time around increased the budget available to each franchise to Rs 120 crore which only means that the players could expect fatter paychecks.

The auction, for the second time, will be held outside India with Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) being the latest venue. The event will be a two-day affair with 577 players expected to go under the hammer on November 24 and November 25. Mallika Sagar will again be conducting the auction.
