IPL: Players To Wear Black Armbands In Remembrance Of Pahalgam Attack Victims, No Fireworks And Cheerleaders During SRH Vs MI

During the IPL 2025 match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians, players and officials will wear black armbands to honor Pahalgam attack victims.

During the IPL 2025 match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians, players and match officials will reportedly wear black armbands to pay homage to the victims of the Pahalgam attack. The BCCI will also observe silence for a minute in remembrance of the victims.

According to a report in Times Now, the IPL has also decided to do away with fireworks and cheerleaders during the contest slated to be held at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium tonight.
