India would like to field a spin-heavy line-up for the Champions Trophy in Dubai and the management may consider Varun Chakravarthy in the squad. While the chances of Kuldeep Yadav’s return seemingly slim, the mystery spinner may make his ODI debut in the 8-nation ICC event. Chakravarthy had a phenomenal run in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Although his team, Tamil Nadu, crashed out of the tournament at the pre-quarterfinal stage against Rajasthan, Chakaravarthy left his mark with a five-fer, and finished his tournament as the current leading wicket-taker with 18 scalps in 6 games.
