Rinku Singh has named the bungalow Veena Palace after his mother.
Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) retained Rinku Singh for a whopping INR 13 Crore ahead of the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) mega auctions.
According to local reports, the diminutive south-paw has recently bought a luxurious bungalow in Aligarh, which is located in Ozone City on the outskirts of the city.
The price of Rinku Singh’s new house is around INR 3.5 Crore. Rinku Singh’s bungalow is three-storied and has a bedroom on the first floor as well as a kitchen, office and dining hall. The Indian cricketer named the bungalow Veena Palace after his mother.
From the images on social media, Rinku’s new bungalow can be seen to be adorned with memorabilia from his career.
The cricketer has got the villa specially decorated, including the bat which made him famous in 2023. He had helped KKR beat Gujarat Titans by hitting five consecutive sixes in the IPL. He also has the trophies he received displayed in the villa gallery.
As soon as you enter the house, a photo gallery of Rinku and other family members is on the right side. On moving ahead, you will see trophies and awards won in IPL and other matches. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen and other facilities on the second floor. There is an open terrace and party area on the third floor.

KKR have made their top retention pick in middle-order batter Rinku Singh (INR 13 Crore) followed by Andre Russell (INR 12 Crore), Sunil Narine (INR 12 Crore), Varun Chakaravarthy (INR 12 Crore), and uncapped duo of Harshit Rana (INR 4 Crore), and Ramandeep Singh (INR 4 Crore).
KKR have a purse of INR 69 Crore left for the IPL 2025 mega auctions after spending INR 57 Crore on player retentions.
