After a super show in IPL 2024, SRH managed to retain the likes of Pat Cummins, Heinrich Klaasen, and Travis Head ahead of the upcoming mega auction.
2016 champions Sunrisers Hyderabad managed to keep hold of five star players from the 2024 squad for Rs 75 crore and will enter the IPL 2025 mega auction with a purse of Rs 45 crore. In the two-day event in Jeddah, the Orange Army will look to strengthen its bowling attack and try to sign a couple of quality all-rounders.

The South African wicketkeeper-batter joined SRH for Rs 5.25 crore in the IPL 2023 auction. In his first season, he amassed a total of 448 runs in 12 matches for the Orange Army, and in the 2024 edition, he scored 479 runs in 16 matches. The 33-year-old right-handed batter is one of the most dangerous white-ball batters of present times and has won many matches single-handedly for the Hyderabad-based franchise.
