After setting the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 Mega auction on fire, Rishabh Pant enthralled fans with his sensational wicket-keeping in the Perth Test against Australia.
In the second innings, Pant completed a terrific catch to dismiss Steven Smith. The incident occurred on the fourth ball of the 25th over bowled by Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj. The right-arm pacer’s length delivery on the off stump produced an edge of Smith’s bat and Pant made a diving effort to complete a brilliant catch.

Chasing a target of 534, Australia were bowled out at 238. Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj claimed three wickets each to guide India to a resounding victory.
