Star Indian batter Rohit Sharma was dismissed cheaply after having scored just three runs in the Ranji Trophy match between Mumbai and Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.
The 37-year-old batter was scalped by Umar Nazir Mir as Paras Dogra held onto the catching opportunity the Indian batter offered up following a leading edge.
Rohit spent 19 deliveries at the crease before being asked to walk back to the hut following his dismissal as his wicket left Mumbai reeling at 12 runs for the loss of 2 wickets before the end of the six overs. Rohit’s return to the domestic fold after a decade did not go to plan.
