WPL 2025: Smriti Mandhana To Harmanpreet Kaur, Full List Of Players Retained By Teams Ahead Of Auction

All five franchises in the Women’s Premier League have revealed the list of players that they have retained ahead of the auction expected to be held in December 2024.
The teams have all followed the path of retaining most of their core players with each side retaining at least 12 players from their previous squad. They would look to bolster their squad with additions to their squad via the auction to help improve their squad.
There have been no changes from the leadership front with all the franchises sticking with the same captain as seen in last year’s tournament. However, it will be interesting to see how the teams would approach the auction considering the players they have and the players that they would target.
